Where are services available?

Practistat is preparing to serve selected communities across Howard, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Baltimore, Prince George's, Carroll, Frederick, and Harford Counties, and Baltimore City. Availability may vary by county, ZIP code, service, staffing, and regulatory approval.

Can I schedule a visit directly online?

You may submit a request for review. A visit is not confirmed until Practistat reviews the need, location, required orders, availability, payment arrangements, and other applicable requirements.

Do I need an order?

Many skilled nursing and infusion services require a valid order and supporting clinical information. Practistat will explain what is needed after reviewing the request.

Can a facility or pharmacy establish an ongoing partnership?

Yes. Facilities, specialty pharmacies, medical practices, and healthcare organizations may request a conversation about referral workflows, coverage needs, documentation, communication, and appropriate service arrangements.

What kinds of infusion therapies are considered?

Selected ordered therapies may be considered when they are within approved scope, staff competency, and operational capacity. Each request is reviewed individually.
