MOBILE CARE


  • How long do appointments take?

    We believe that each patient is unique and as such we do not put time limit on visits. We want to make sure that you are provided with quality and expert care.

  • Do I need any special equipment or supplies?

    Nope! The only thing that we need is you. Your provider will bring all the necessary materials.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    At this time we only accept payment through credit card on our online payment portal.


Medical Weight Loss


  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We ask that clients cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time in order to get the deposit back.

  • Is there an Initial Appointment Fee?

    Yes. The Initial appointment fee is $50

  • What do I need to fill out beforehand?

    The consent and medical questionnaire form need to be completed prior to your initial appointment. This is done through the Charm EHR portal by clicking book now. 



IV THERAPY


  • What’s in my IV bag?

    You can choose from up to eight bags depending on what best address your symptoms. Each bag is loaded with vitamins and minerals specific to what your goals are. Click HERE to see the list of all the IVs we provide.

  • What services are available?

    We offer IV therapy to support overall good health and nutrition, telehealth visits for general care issues such as the flu, covid, etc. as well as mobile care. If you can’t make it to your primary care provider, we can come to you.

  • How much does it cost?

    It depends on what you choose. Click here to see our pricing options for both the membership and individual IV bags.

  • Is it safe?

    Yes, our IV infusions are completely safe.
